Below please see the link which describes the Service Drop Policy and the Property Access Form. Please be aware as a result of exploring costs and the optimal method of implementing the service drops, the Service Drop policy has been revised  May 15, 2018. The Property Access agreement has also been revised to align with the new policy.  Please review the revised Service Drop Policy, then complete and return the Property Access Form to the MLP as described.
